Why no updates!?

Well, because I haven't gotten any time to play for like the past 2 weeks and accomplish anything useful!

See, I'm moving into a new house (my family's first), working two jobs, and since I haven't had the time to sit down for 4 hours at a time and accomplish anything, I've been playing around with a lovely little WoW diversion called Dungeon Runners.

Remember Diablo, and Diablo 2? It's like that. But in this game, you don't have uber awesome weapons of holy pwnage like "Azurewrath" (the sword of the Archangel Tyrial). You instead have weapons like the "Infected Hatchet of the Wrathful Bunny from the Groovy Nether Regions" and armor like "The Late Knight's Grievances" (which are plate boots that enhance your movement speed, classy).

Oh, the best part is, Dungeon Runners is 100% FREE!

That's right, a Diablo 2 clone that's free, free, FREE!

Well, sort of. You can equip items as good as the equivalent of Green-quality in WoW on a free account. But for Dungeon Runners' equivalent of Blues, Purples, and Legendaries (of which there are many), you'll need to pay about $5 a month to NC Soft.

Yeah, that's right, I said it. I'm playing an NC Soft game. I feel like such a traitor.

For those living under a rock for the past 5 years, NC Soft has produced such games as City of Heroes/Villains, Lineage 1 & 2, Guild Wars, and Tabula Rasa (which I would still like to find a playable demo for).

Dungeon Runners is in every way a pick-up-and-play kinda game. And it has that same "slow progession, get new loots" feel to it that Diablo 2 so expertly accomplished.

To check out Dungeon Runners, and possibly get your very own Headsplitting Pickaxe of the Unruly Goat, go to http://www.dungeonrunners.com/ and have a looksie.

Me? I got tired of not being able to equip the uber-est of items so I forked out $15 for a 3-month subscription. You can usually find me on World 2 (Members-only PvE) as Clownpuncher, a Coordinated Rookie White Paladin.
